- Hoa An is located near the busy Lucky 97 Chinese grocery store in the busiest part of Chinatown. Noodle soups are the specialty here, and a large bowl of one of the many varieties makes a filling meal, or a great starter for two to four people. There is a wide selection of rice dishes as well as beef, pork, and seafood choices. The decor is simple, with the token tropical fish tank near the front door, and tables nicely spaced throughout this bright and pleasant restaurant.
