• Ruby Dragon Restaurant and Lounge is the jewel of Edmonton's downtown offering an authentic taste of the Orient in the most breathtaking room with life size statues and unique decors. We are open for lunch from Monday to Friday at 11am. Our kitchen is open late, until 10pm Monday to Thursday and until 12pm Friday and Saturday. If you prefer, you can sit in our beautiful lounge and join us for a drink. We have an extensive wine list in addition to signature Belvedere, Hennessy, Absolut, Sobieski and Moet & Chandon cocktails exclusive to the Ruby Dragon. Our upper dining area is great for sipping wine and scotch after a terrific dinner. Our Ruby Empire Room is equipped with laptop plugins, projector and screen for your meeting needs. Whatever you're craving, no matter the occasion, Ruby Dragon can accommodate you.
