Wild Tangerine - Edmonton

  • Description:

    • Wild Tangerine is one of many new restaurants (and condos) springing up in the former rail yards west of downtown. This very hip and colorful restaurant offers updated, addictive versions of traditional Asian cuisine, with flavors and textures as bright and crisp as the decor. Shrimp lollipops with wasabi yogurt start the meal off with a bang. Five-spice octopus salad with peppers, taro, lotus root, and a citrus dressing is an explosion of color and flavor, and the jocular owner wanders from table to table. Besides this friendly welcome and the wonderful and affordable food, the green tea-based cocktails are reason enough to return.
