Collected over a period of over 60 years, the University of Alberta has samples of soil from throughout Canada. There is also a small collection from the Far East. Whether you are a serious researcher or simply have a passion for the field, this is a fabulous resource of raw material, documents and maps. Visits must be made by prior appointment. The museum's main activities are teaching and extension work. Admission is free.
