Description:

  • This first-class restaurant, a member of the prestigious Alliance Gastronomique Néerlandaise, specializes in game in season and always uses the best of local products. It's on the outskirts of town, in an 18th-century farmhouse surrounded by trees and overlooking a small lake. Tables are decked stylishly in green and pink. The menu offers delicacies like a "triple quail fantasy": mousse, sautéed breast and aspic of quail, or brill filet topped with steamed carrot and cucumber with a Noilly Prat sauce. In the summer, you can dine on a terrace overlooking the lake.
