    • Filbon Hotel New Haven Upper Chime Enugu is a nice hotel with conference halls and rooms.It is safe and private and has a bar for drinks and snacks and food.I have attended several weddings,events and seminars here.It is directly opposite New Haven Primary School.The atmosphere is safe and secure and decent.Very respectable place and well kept environment free of unwholesome elements and simple and refreshing.
