Adam's Place

• Located downtown on the pedestrian mall, Adam's Place's interior conjures up an old English inn and is one of the most elegant dining establishments in the city. The menu is short, changes frequently, and relies heavily on fresh local produce. On a recent evening the appetizer menu included creamy cambozola fondue as well as a plate of assorted Northwest artisanal cheeses. Entree flavors tend to be simple yet creative. Filet mignon might have a black-pepper crust and come with Boursin-cheese sauce, and cedar-planked salmon might be topped by horseradish crust. In the summer, you can dine under the stars out on the patio. Several nights each week there is live music in the adjacent Luna nightclub.
