• Spencer's Butte, just a ten minute drive South of Eugene, is the best hike in town. With an extensive trail system lining the South Hills, this area is great for a quick hike on a sunny day or an all day adventure though the rolling forests. The local favorite, you can find all sorts of people hitting this trail anytime of the day. From the top, see 360 degree views of Eugene and the surroundign country side.
