Potier's Prairie Cajun Inn

Description:

• Its bright pink exterior indicates that this tiny B&B is a bit heavy on the cute, but the location can't be beat -- just a half-block from the Liberty Theater and the Acadian Cultural Center. A little kitsch can be tolerated for the sake of convenience. The tiny rooms are technically suites -- itty-bitty sitting areas with separate, even smaller bedrooms and full kitchens, all decorated (again, think cutesy) by local Cajun craftsmen. A variety of snacks and breakfast foods (cereal, pastries, fruit, yogurt) are provided nightly. It also has a conference room, and each suite has a computer modem hookup.
