Granny's Closet, established in 1974, is actually one of Flagstaff's favorite casual dining restaurants and sports bar. On the dining side, Granny's Closet dishes up Italian specialties, with a focus on steak, seafood, shrimp, and salads. The dining room is family-friendly and nice enough to take a date. The adjacent sports bar, however, can be quite loud, especially if it happens to be hosting a NAU game day viewing. This is a favorite hangout for locals looking to watch the big pay-per-view boxing match or other major sports events while sipping on a beer.
