- For two decades, Mamma Luisa has been treating Flagstaff diners to outstanding Italian cuisine including homemade breads, sliced-to-order veal dishes, pastas and chicken. Lunch and dinner are served daily. The menu is large, and so is the flavor, though the restaurant itself is quite diminutive. Though it may get a bit cozy when it's crowded, the place is filled with country charm and a charming service staff that will make you feel welcome. A children's menu is available. Full bar service is available.
