Tinderbox Kichen describes its menu as "American comfort food--redefined," and they're not kidding. Here you'll find old favorites with a gourmet twist, including the popular Jalapeno Mac-n-Cheese, Blue Cheese Grits,
"Shake & Bake" Duck Leg Confit, and their Signature Meatloaf served with mashers and pork belly gravy. Chef and co-owner Scott Heinonen changes the menu daily, so while you may not know exactly what to expect, it's a safe bet the results will be mouth-watering.
