- This Tuscan restaurant can be found close to the Ponte Vecchio. The dishes are simple but traditional, and very good. The atmosphere is pleasingly rustic with wooden interior and visible brickwork. The vaulted cellar is beautiful, and entered via steep steps. The menu offers classic Florentine dishes, for example mixed crostini, the famous ribollita, futtunta, beans with wild fowl, sliced meats, grilled steak and carpaccio. The choice of Tuscan wines is very good.
