- Florence's Teatro Puccini is dedicated to satire and a mixture of genres, thanks to the artistic direction of Sergio Staino, and in more recent years, Claudio Bisio. From October to April, the season is filled with performances by Italy's top comedians and actors, not to mention hots a number of young, up-and-coming talent. The weekly program alternates between theatre productions and first-run movies. Hours and prices vary based on performance, and can be found on their website. Season tickets can be purchased with rates to fit any kind of budget.
