Among the main courses are Livorno-style cod with chickpeas, Florentine tripe, lamb stuffed with artichokes and potatoes and escalopes with mushroom sauce. The subterranean dining room - located in a real cave - is characterized by its wooden furniture and candlelit atmosphere.
