Although not central you won't regret seeking it out, because this is one of the best restaurants in Florence and the surrounding province. The fresh fish is delivered to the restaurant every day and you can really taste the difference. There are all sorts of dishes available, and all can be accompanied by one of the many white wines on offer. The restaurant is decorated in a simple fashion.
