- This waterfront resort is small but significant, offering just 11 units on two acres lined with palms waving in the balmy breezes. Offering simply decorated motel rooms and one- and two-bedroom apartments, Gulf View also has a heated pool that overlooks the seam boat rental and dockage and a launch ramp. Pedal boats and canoes are available, and the resort has laundry facilities and a gas grill for barbecue nights. They'll accept pets here, too.
