- Key Largo's newest restaurant, located at 99246 Overseas Highway, bayside, is now open and serving up great subs and fun. Chef Todd Lollis, award winning Key Largo Chef, is taking his culinary expertise to the Sub/Sandwich market. Chef Todd, known for his flare for creating exceptional undersea culinary concoctions at Calypso's Seafood Grill in Key Largo, is applying his twist to every item on the menu.
Menu items such as the "Krusty Keys Dip" and the "Keys Steak Hoagie" reflect chef Todd's style in a more casual, yet gourmet, fare. "The Toddfather" italian hoagie, promises to be hit. "The Roast Beast" is oversized and full of flavor. The "Shawarma Sub" with house roasted Leg of Lamb, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickled jalapeños, and yogurt dressing spills over with flavor.
Chef Todd also promises a new twist on simple foods such as Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. The " Dog House Under Construction" has build your own options that include: cabbage, cherry peppers, cilantro, dill slices, horseradish, jalepeños, jalapeño cheese sauce, lettuce, mozzarella, pickle, sour kraut, pickled sweet peppers, pickled veggies, seppuku slaw, thai chilies. The "Key Burger, Key Burger" promises a flavor-filled bite.
Key Largo Sub & Pub is utilizing the latest technology to create a better customer experience. The Point of Sale system will run on Apple's® ipad and ipods for a completely wireless experience.
Fast service with dine in, take out, catering, and delivery options are available. Music and entertainment events are expected to follow soon.
