With an abundance of fresh seafood available, ENCORE prepares locally caught fish and shellfish - yellowtail snapper, grouper, mahi-mahi, lobster, stone crab and shrimp - in a variety of ways to satisfy the most discriminating tastes of its guests.
  
  In addition to Original Fish House favorites, ENCORE's extensive menu includes meat, chicken and pasta entrees - as well as daily specials. To complement its main courses, ENCORE also offers a wide range of appetizers, a full sushi menu, a comprehensive wine list, and selection of martinis and margaritas. And let's not forget the dessert list and children's menu.
  
  ENCORE's guests can leisurely enjoy their evening in their choice of three dining areas - an air-conditioned dining room, a piano lounge, and a tropical outdoor patio (where smoking is permitted) - each serving the complete menu.
