A delightful atmosphere and good food make Bisetti's one of my favorite dining stops in northeast Colorado. The dining rooms glow with a Tuscan atmosphere and the mahogany bar offers great happy-hour specials. The menu features a variety of homemade pastas, from spaghetti and lasagna to fettuccine and manicotti. (Have the basil fettuccine with chicken.) If it's a romantic dinner you're looking for, ask about the private cubby for two, and split the mouthwatering tiramisu for dessert.
