Depending on how long your stay will be and what other activities you would like to fit into your get away...I would always suggest talking to people you know to see if anyone has contacts or friends in that area and then maybe send a quick email or give them a call and ask if they have any ideas. You would be surprised how many people miss out on all sorts of provisions just because they simply failed to ask a friend or two what they know. I hope you find what you're looking for.

Depending on your budget, I would suggest calling the local charter boats and negotiate a price to take the trip for your loved one out for a few hours, I would think no less than a few hundred, then call the local hotels and see if they can refer to any specialized boating captains that can help.
