Description:
This cheap and cheerful guesthouse is bright, attractive, and friendly -- what more do you need? It's a 16th-century house, with marvelous fireplaces and lots of character. Bedrooms are done in sunny yellows, and there's a communal kitchen if you are weary of restaurants. The clientele tends to be young, mostly college students filling the shared dorm rooms, but the four-bed rooms are also good for families traveling on a budget. All are welcome, and the location is central. Book early in the high season, as the place tends to fill up quickly.
