Description:
- This restaurant is located in the medieval district of the city. The building itself dates back to 1663 when it was owned by Charles II. The original stone work has been preserved, as has the 16th-century fireplace. Now a cosy restaurant with seating for 30 people, the Druid Lane offers good continental and Irish cuisine, with at least one vegetarian dish on the menu each evening. Creative starters include Thai Fishcakes and Salmon Gravalax. A host of delectable main courses are available, including the freshest of seafood. A selection from the extensive wine list adds the finishing touch to an enjoyable meal.
