This is the most elegant and prestigious Thai restaurant in Geneva, occupying a street-level premises within the Hôtel Beau-Rivage, and a position immediately adjacent to Le Chat Botté, one of the most elegant restaurants in town. Within a decor of teak woodcarvings, Thai paintings, and soothing colors of blue-green, an impeccably dressed, mostly Thai staff will serve flavor-filled examples of the best of their country's cuisine. The best menu items include braised chicken in green curry with coconut milk; steamed sea bass in lime sauce; giant prawns with garlic and cilantro; and pan-fried filet of gilthead in a spicy basil sauce. There are also other interesting selections, like asparagus and shiitake mushrooms in oyster sauce. Dessert may include warm papaya pie with ginger-flavored ice cream.
