Toro Sushi and Restaurant

Description:

  • For people who are fond of Japanese cuisine, this really is a place not to miss. This is not only due to its marvelous location, the old port of Genoa, with its lights reflecting on the sea, making it a unique experience to merely walk through it, but also for its authentic style of cooking. The minimal furniture design, the soft lighting and the ambient music come together, rendering this restaurant extremely sought-after and romantic -- ideal for a tete-à-tete dinner. Those who love tasting a little of everything will be satisfied with the Origami Plate, which is a mix of sushi, sashimi, maki, uramaki and ikura, while those with a sweet tooth should try one of Toro's special desserts.
