Description:

  • This little winery may not be easy to find, but it's worth the search. The vineyards are extensive and fruitful, and the view from the grounds adds to the experience. Viognier, syrah, cinsaut, merlot, carignane, grenache, grenache blanc and counoise grapes are all ripened to perfection before being crushed to form fine wine at Frick. Traditional methods are employed here, including the arduous task of punching the cap by hand during fermentation. No wonder the wines are delicious! You won't find these wines freely available, as the production is on a small scale.
