- Far from the hustle and bustle of Cairo, this resort complex is laid out around the shimmering waters of its free-form pool - one of the largest in Egypt. Pyramids can be found on either side (both at Giza and Saqqara) but the rest of Cairo's attractions are a distant drive. Not that the hotel gives guests a reason to want to leave - their every need is catered for and the poolside is too relaxing. The rooms are spacious and offer grand touches of glitz and glamour. Each guest enjoys view clad private balconies.

I only stayed at the Cataract Pyramids Resort for 3 days to see the Pyramids. The hotel was excellent, one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in yet. Staff very friendly and helpful....

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for a couple of nights for our first anniversary. The hotel greeted us with flowers in the room. The room was spacious with a nice view of the pool....
