First of all you are most welcome in Egypt
Concerning with the Visa you must have it from your country but if you are Europian or American you can have it from Cairo airport by 15 USD only so chick the Egyptian embassy in your country
Concerning with the hotel we can start with 75USD per person in double room Five stars Hotel but you can have stars or even 3 stars cheaper the tour in Cairo is 60USD per person outside of Cairo you must tell me
