    • Located just of Byres road Balbir's is a stones throw from the west end social scene, is ideal for catering to both large parties and of course intimate diners.
      Balbir's has obtained both the 'Healthy Living' award and the 'Eat Safe' food certificate from the UK governments Food Standards agency.
       The restaurant has a great atmosphere, is deceptively large and  very modern too. Balbir's kitchens replace ghee with cholesterol-free rapeseed oil, making for a much healthier curry, but great tasting too.
      The cuisine is based on home-style traditional cooking. They recommend new patrons  allow the chefs to choose a small tasting menu for them. In essence a  banquet style meal is prepared to introduce patrons to the food whilst catering to individual tastes and dietary requirements
