• The developer of this site, Caruso Affiliated, is responsible for a number of these well-designed and consumer-friendly outdoor shopping areas. These "mediated public spaces" are somewhere between a mall and a public area, though in the final analysis they have more in common with a mall. A wide variety of higher end shops are located at Americana, including a Tiffany outlet and an H&M store. There is a nice outdoor area and a big fountain. Much as the Grove is located very close to the Beverly Center, Americana is immediately next the older Glendale Galleria.
