- The Grand Canyon's only family owned-and-operated restaurant serves up Certified Angus beef in a Wild West atmosphere. This is a favorite stop for families and tour groups, both large and small. Steaks, ribs, chicken and shrimp are grilled over juniper wood for a unique flavor and aroma. Vegetarian meals are available on request, and a children's menu includes favorite kiddie fare. Full bar service is available. The traditional Western building and decor includes a bright red stagecoach out front.
