The Best of NileGuide
- Authentic Mexican food. It really doesn't get any better than in the heart of Guadalajara. This is of course assuming you don't drink the tap water or get any ice made from the tap water (Always ask for no ice in your drink!) and spend the rest of the night un-enjoying said Mexican food. Regardless of ole' Monty's Revenge, most of the high end restaurants in Guadalajara are open-air from the warm climate, so do enjoy a night under the stars while your date stares into yours.
