- Meat cooked in its own juices (carne en su jugo) is a Mexican favorite. Karne Garibaldi specializes in it. A bit like brisket (but not barbecued and without the fat!), the restaurant chain boasts the fastest restaurant service in Mexico. In addition to the house special, the restaurant offers quesadillos and chorizo (Mexican sausage) entrees, beer, soft drinks and desserts. The address above is the main restaurant. But, you can find a Karne Garibaldi in the food court of most malls, as well.
