User Review:
- There are several of these around Guilin (and other cities). They are more expensive than other cafés, but the atmosphere is quiet and they also offer quality Chinese and Western meals and, of course, the free Wifi. This one in particular has hanging swing chairs that are fun. Many foreign business men and women run there every day during the frequent power cuts (especially in the late winter). The business/tourist district is usually not affected, though. Many hotels also have free wifi. Normal internet cafés can be found all over, but they are crowded and people often smoke. They are, however, very cheap. Good luck.
