This central hotel offers comfortable but small guest rooms in a medium high-rise. Though the pousadas are preferable, the Fundador is a decent place to spend the night. Rooms have piped-in music and well-kept bathrooms equipped with tub/shower combinations. The hotel isn't stylish, but it's functional and well kept, and boasts fine service. The penthouse bar serves snacks.
