This place has simply the best breakfasts in town, with German-inspired kuchen (fruit pastry, likely imported from Germany via the south of Chile) and tasty pancakes, and thankfully, real coffee. It is visited by locals and foreigners alike, which makes it a good mix of people, and a good place to get the down low on whatever might be going on in the next couple of days. Pastas, tuna carpaccio, soups and sandwiches are always on the menu.
