• This gem of a restaurant is set in a gorgeous converted French colonial house. The main floor is done in warm yellows and blue trim. Upstairs offers terrace seating and on cooler nights, the side patio sandwiched between the restaurant and an exposed brick wall offers cozy private dining. Their imaginative dishes are crisp and light, and beautifully presented. An order of sea bass is topped with a tiger prawn wrapped in crisp strips of deep fried lotus and tastes even better than it looks. They also have nothing to hide with their open kitchen -- no need to hesitate when ordering their salmon tartar, which is minced to perfection. The menu is updated every month; ask for suggestions or opt for their Degustation "tasting" menu, which is billed as the ultimate culinary journey.
