She creates modern German-oriented, seasonal and regional dishes from only the best ingredients, meat only from animals raised naturally. The light, little half-timbered house is homely, furnished in an elegant way, and Ms. Woltemath's husband welcomes and serves the guests as friendly as he is courteous. This restaurant can be recommended without reserve and is a very good place for foreign guests to see a better piece of "typical" Germany.
