Description:
- Located within the 'Landesbilungszentrum für Blinde' (Municipal Educational Center for the Blind), this museum is the only one of its kind in Germany. Opened in 1995, the museum comprises 6,000 exhibits all relating to the education of the blind. The collection includes media for the blind, braille, relief works, aids to help in daily life and a lot more besides. Admission is by appointment only and free of charge.
