Description:
- More upscale that many ordinary sushi spots and the fusion emphasis makes for an interesting menu. The traditional dishes are solid and the creative ones are fantastic. Be prepared for a lengthy drive from most island resort areas. It's the perfect halfway spot between Kona to Hilo. Stop for lunch on the way to or from the volcano keeps it convenient and not too expensive.
