Description:

  • The coffee that made Hawai'i famous is served at this tiny upcountry cafe. It also serves locally made ice cream, pastries and specialty foods. The cafe, which is located in the tiny Upcountry village of Hawi, isn't much to look at from the outside. It looks like it's been around forever, and that isn't far from the truth. It is much more authentic in atmosphere and product than spic-'n'-span new cafes and specialty shops found on the Gold Coast or in Kailua.
