NileGuide Expert tip:
Bring a good bottle of wine.
Description:
- The small bistro located in historic Pahoa town serves up authentic Italian food that is really, really good. Paolo himself is a long time resident of the island and works in the restaurant each night it is open. The hand made pasta comes in a array of colors, from green to black to white and it is all wonderfully tasty.
Diners are allowed to bring their own drinks or wine which Paolo will happily provide a cork screw for. It's a good idea to call and check on hours and days open before going and expect a home style, relaxed, yet romantic and quite atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available in a gazebo in the back. - © NileGuide2012
