Roy's Waikoloa - Big Island (Hawaii)

  • Description:

    • All who have come to visit Roy Yamaguchi's Hawaii Regional Cuisine empire already know that his celebrity chef is known for subtle and flavorful Asian and Pacific Island creations along with fresh fish and fantastic desserts. With an array of fresh local fish, all with a unique twist in flavor and accent dishes, Roy's is a never fail spot to enjoy a great dinner. A more formal eatery than many Big Island restaurants, Roy's is a place to throw on a button up shirt, get the sand off your feet, and a place for ladies to have fun dressing up a bit.

Not much on views, but this location offers a comfortable dining area, lots of Hawaiian hospitality and those not-to-be –missed entrees like blackend ahi and roasted macadamia nut mahi mahi. The cocktail menu offers unique and tasty drinks, and the dessert menu is an experience within itself.
