Description:

  • Seoul Station is a mall hole in the wall that offers traditional Korean dishes at very reasonable prices. One does not come for the décor, but for the kalbi (Korean short ribs) which is tender and not too sweet. The shop is located just next door from the ever popular Hilo Lunch Shop, and tempts hungry patrons over to the Korean side of Kalanikoa street for spicy ika (squid) and other tempting and inexpensive plates. The fish jun (fried fish) is popular here and with the fish market just down the street, there is plenty of battered and dipped jun for the asking. -Lottie Tagupa
