Their specialty is the Hawaiian Taro PanCrepe - a hybrid of pancake and crepe, made with taro root, which is indigenous to Hawaii. You can have it served with eggs and other savory delights, or served sweet with a myriad of toppings including ice cream or fruits, or served just on its own with a number of syrup choices.
