The Best of NileGuide
- While not the epicenter of German nightlife, Heidelberg has much to offer the traveler in bars, theater, arts and alternative cinema. For all of these draws, the Old Town section of town is where all the action is, and seeing how there's a university in town, frequented by the local college kids on the weekends for that fine German beer that Heidelberg keeps itself stocked up on, can get busy, but never really Frankfurt busy. The theater scene is quite apparent because of the university, so there's always a play going on when school's in session. Regardless, there isn't a shortage of things to do in this Germanic town!
