Description:
- In the center of the Old town, directly in the lively pedestrian area, visitors will find a comfortable hotel named after a chap called Perkeo. He was a hard-drinking dwarf and the court jester of the Elector Karl Philipp and he is still known as the Keeper of the Big Barrel in the Castle. The hotel started its business in this historical building in the Hauptstraße as early as 1891. It offers its guests modern rooms with a lot of comfort, though it has no lift. The rooms are all separately styled: dark wooden furniture dominates the character on the first and third floor, whereas the second floor features bright furniture and friendly colors, creating an undeniably agreeable ambience.

Why Not in Heidelberg?
