This place is like a glittering palace at night, its reflection cast in the waters of Öresund. Marina Plaza is Helsingborg's most innovative and most talked-about hotel, and is adjacent to the city's transportation hub, the Knutpunkten, opening onto panoramic views. The atrium-style lobby overflows with trees, rock gardens, and fountains. Midsize-to-spacious guest rooms line the inner walls of the hotel's atrium and have a color scheme of marine blue with nautical accessories, as befits its waterfront location. Bedrooms are attractively furnished, and the bathrooms are state of the art. The on-site dining and drinking facilities are the best in town, becoming even more so in summer when the Oceano BBQ opens.
