• Café Engel is located near the main building of the University of Helsinki, next to the Presidential Palace and several important ministries. From this café you look out onto the Cathedral and the Ministry of Finance, and customers are often academics and diplomats. The novelty here is provided by the powerful lamps that are used late in the year to prevent darkness-related depression. Table service is available in this fully licensed café, with lots of kinds of coffees-including orange-flavoured café au lait. They also serve different kinds of teas and freshly pressed juices. The menu includes all kinds of cakes and warm and cold salads. Many different ice cream and milkshake flavours are available.
