- This restaurant is located right across from the National Opera House. A 1920s pharmacy is neighbor to Carelia, and the interiors of the eatery sport a similar look from that era. The clientele consists primarily of visitors to the Opera. Private parties are often held in the small lounge inside. Established in 1996, it has become quite popular thanks to the salads, seafood dishes and extensive wine list, all available at reasonable rates.
